“Our upstairs heat-pump bit the dust during the heatwave of high-90 degree days in July this Summer so we were in a jam and Stout's response was fantastic. The first technician arrived at our house about 2 hours after we called and quickly found the problem. Chris Owen followed up a few hours later and expertly guided us through understanding our options. After we decided to replace the old system Stout provided a complementary portable AC unit which was an immediate and welcome relief for a few days until the new unit could be scheduled for installation. And the installation crew of Cory, Carson and Wilmer were great! They were friendly, competent, respectful of our home and got the new unit installed, up and running in a day. Only 5 stars given because it isn't possible to give 6!”

“My Mother recently had a new Heating and Air system with all new duct work installed in her home. Chris Owen came out and talked to us. Explained what we needed, gave her a price, and ordered what was needed. Such a nice guy. A week or so later the guys were her to install the system. Brian, Will, and James. They were here for 3 days. I had a lot of questions about the system and they took time to explain. Very knowledgeable of their jobs. The last day their was a small problem and Mike came out to explain to the guys how to fix it Also the last day someone was sick and they sent three other men to help get the job done on time.. That night i had some concerns about the heat. I called and Jeremy was here within 45 minutes. He explained to me so i would understand what was going on. He was so personable . “Stout has provided the HVAC service for Concordia Lutheran Church for the last 20 years. Our Sanctuary A/C units went down. Stout worked with us over a long period of time to arrive at the best solution for a very difficult situation. Once the decision was made they were prompt in starting the project. The install crew and specialized operations personnel were excellent. The install was filled with difficult conditions and they found good answers for every issue we had. Everyone from top to bottom was friendly, efficient and easy to work with.”

Both times, he was quick to identify the problem and provide helpful information and guidance on the direction we should take to solve the problem. He gets us up and running quickly, and is always very friendly and sociable. After the assistance, the first time, I wasnt hesitant to call and was glad when Mike came again. Highly recommend Stout and Mike is great.”

“I called Stout at 4:30pm, 30 minutes before closing on a Friday. I would never call someone that late but we only realized then that our AC wasn’t working correctly and we have a new baby at home. With high temperatures forecasted over the weekend, Stout immediately looked for a technician to come to our house. We are so appreciative of this! “We have been having trouble with our AC system when converting from heat to AC as well as it shutting off sporadically. We called and scheduled a service and to have the tech. check a wire we saw with some damage. Mike came out quickly and found the problem right away. We are very thankful it was a simple fix. He repaired the damaged wire and a few other problems that were all contributing to the reliability issues with our system. Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Definitely recommend Stout heating and Air.”
