My fears were quickly banished as Jeremy did an outstanding job on my HVAC system. I've always enjoyed chatting with the technicians about their job and I'm keen to learn as much as I can about my own system. Jeremy was quite informative and very quick with the repair. I do a lot of handyman work in Charlotte and run into quite a few HVAC technicians from many different companies. I would say that Stout is better than anyone I've dealt with in the great Charlotte area. Stout has always been fair with pricing, efficient with repairs, and honest with work needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

Our AC unit stopped working in this HOT, HOT weather, and they came out so quickly and got us back up and running. From the first phone call to the technician who came to our home, everyone was dependable, responsible, kind, and incredibly professional.
Their communication from the office and phone service to their technicians was excellent. You always knew what was happening, and they truly cared about helping.
And the owner is absolutely wonderful—professional, caring, and clearly someone who takes pride in his company and his people.
