They did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the progress of the work being performed. They also asked on multiple times if I desired to have a portable air unit overnight because the work would not be complete3d by the end of the day. This was indeed appreciated because it indicated that they were concerned about our comfort! I have another unit purchased earlier from Stout and the service for it has also been great.
