I had 2 mtgs with jared & Ryan. We made a plan & they did what they said , which is unusual these days…. They were knew what they were doing, straight up, no bull, just facts.
2nd mtg went well making repairs promised. We have a long way to go, so far, I'm very pleased. really great to meet quality people.
They say you can't get good people these days. Thats crap, There are great contractors out there, you must find them, pay them fair, give them the tools to do their job. Be honest & fair.

“Stout came out for a maintenance visit fir my gas heater. Stout also maintains my air-conditioner. Jo e Knox was the technician today. Joe was on-time, very thorough and very polite. I had a lot of questions about a new system and how long my system would last Joe was informative, and patiently answered all my questions. I always feel safe with Stout. I trust them completely. When I eventually have to replace my heating and cooling Stout is the company that I will use. You are in good hands with this company.”
