“Air conditioning went out last night and here it is 100 degree weather! Spoke to Mike Lippard this morning and he indicated there were lots of outages but would do his best to work us in. Roughly an hour and 1:2 later he called and was on his way (Yay!). Needless to say, our house is cooling down and we are so thankful!!!!”
