“Jeremy and his supervisor went out of their way to take care of us and they did. My husband is nearing the end of his cancer fight and my brother has been stepping up and protecting us. Larry wants to die at home and we are trying to make that happen. So Jeremy was not only very good at his job but very sincere too. Thank you all from Jeff, Debbie and Larry.”

Each technician has always been knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to explain any questions about the equipment. Chad did the fall maintenance on the gas furnace this morning. He called before his arrival and arrived promptly. Chad was friendly, professional and very courteous. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. He was all you would want or could ask for in a service technician. Thank you for the people which represent your company.”

“Alex and Stout Heating and Air have to be the best. We have the maintenance agreement so we can feel confident that we’ll be comfortable through the winter. Even so, sometimes things break which happened to us on a weekend. We called and within an hour a technician called back and set up a time to come by a few hours later (he was on another repair) Alex showed up at the time he said he would and an hour later we had cooling again. We just had him back to do the regular check out and his professionalism is outstanding. All the technicians that have serviced our units have been great but Alex stands out.”
