“Our upstairs heat-pump bit the dust during the heatwave of high-90 degree days in July this Summer so we were in a jam and Stout's response was fantastic. The first technician arrived at our house about 2 hours after we called and quickly found the problem. Chris Owen followed up a few hours later and expertly guided us through understanding our options. After we decided to replace the old system Stout provided a complementary portable AC unit which was an immediate and welcome relief for a few days until the new unit could be scheduled for installation. And the installation crew of Cory, Carson and Wilmer were great! They were friendly, competent, respectful of our home and got the new unit installed, up and running in a day. Only 5 stars given because it isn't possible to give 6!”

It was a great price and they installed our new air conditioner yesterday. The team who came out were 4 of the finest young men we have ever met. Brian was the first young man who entered our home and let us know what they are going to do. He and Carson and Scott and Will were extremely professional thoughtful knowledgeable and kind.
