“Alex did a great job analyzing a problem with the air conditioner while here on a regular maintenance visit — a fried part and bad surge protector. He ordered the parts that day and 2 days later was back to put them in. — a little quicker than it could have been, so we have air conditioning for a warm weekend ahead. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Stout is a great company. All the maintenance guys and staff we’ve come into contact with have been very helpful and friendly. Yay!”
