“Mr. Lippard was courteous and professional. He was at my home to replace a motor, and noticed that the coils were dirty and he actually cleaned them!!!! In today’s “lazy” work force, and there’s hardly no such thing as Customer Service, I take my hat off to Mike for doing this.
