“Mike has come to our aid twice, for separate problems with our ac unit/heat pump. Both times, he was quick to identify the problem and provide helpful information and guidance on the direction we should take to solve the problem. He gets us up and running quickly, and is always very friendly and sociable. After the assistance, the first time, I wasnt hesitant to call and was glad when Mike came again. Highly recommend Stout and Mike is great.”
“I called Stout at 4:30pm, 30 minutes before closing on a Friday. I would never call someone that late but we only realized then that our AC wasn’t working correctly and we have a new baby at home. With high temperatures forecasted over the weekend, Stout immediately looked for a technician to come to our house. We are so appreciative of this! Although we have to have a part ordered, the rush to get someone to help us out gives me high ratings in my book. Thank you so much!”
