“Chris came to our home and let us know that our Air Conditioner needed to be replaced. He gave us a great price approved by Mark Stout who owns this company. It was a great price and they installed our new air conditioner yesterday. The team who came out were 4 of the finest young men we have ever met. Brian was the first young man who entered our home and let us know what they are going to do. He and Carson and Scott and Will were extremely professional thoughtful knowledgeable and kind. They did a fabulous job. We are extremely satisfied with Stout Heating and Air Conditioning Company and highly recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. They are the Best!”
“My Mother recently had a new Heating and Air system with all new duct work installed in her home. Chris Owen came out and talked to us. Explained what we needed, gave her a price, and ordered what was needed. Such a nice guy. A week or so later the guys were her to install the system. Brian, Will, and James. They were here for 3 days. I had a lot of questions about the system and they took time to explain. Very knowledgeable of their jobs. The last day their was a small problem and Mike came out to explain to the guys how to fix it Also the last day someone was sick and they sent three other men to help get the job done on time.. That night i had some concerns about the heat. I called and Jeremy was here within 45 minutes. He explained to me so i would understand what was going on. He was so personable .
