Even though he was unable to physically get to my house to troubleshoot and make any repairs (12+” of snow!), he walked me through everything on the phone with photos and texting. We got it up and running again! My kids and I were able to return to the house with heat thanks to his dedication and great directions. He checked on us several times throughout the evening to ensure the heat was still working. Amazing service! Thank you, Chad!”

“Today I called Stout Heating and Air Conditioning because our AC unit had stopped working late last night. With this unbearable heat, it was hard to believe they had time on their schedule to stop by the house.
Chad was wonderful. He was both professional and pleasant. In less than a half hour he diagnosed the problem, fixed the problems and even changed the filter for us.

“I called over the weekend during a heat wave and I am not a membership or returnee customer so I understand that it took a day to get an appointment scheduled. But once I did Chad was great. Showed up promptly during the window of time and called ahead to give me a heads up he was coming. Checked out my system, found the issue quickly, explained to me what it was and how I could identify the issue for myself in the future (should I ever want to. I kind of doubt I will but it was interesting to learn). Very personable, very professional, quick and efficient and great pricing!! Love to support a local business doing great work. And apparently they've got a great membership/preventative maintenance program that I'm definitely checking out! Thank you Chad, definitely 5 stars today!”

He advised me of an approximate cost of the repair. He even discussed the possibility of my needing a new unit-not as a sales person but as a concerned service technician.
