“Chad is incredibly great at what he does. He always enters with a smile and warm greeting and gets to work. He is very thorough and tells you what he is doing and what you can expect going forward. He lets you know when you will need servicing again and said please call me if any further issues arise. Chad is extremely professional and gets the job done. He is a great representative for Stout Heating and Air and we so appreciate him and all the excellent staff at Stout. They are the Best of the Best. Awesome Customer Service all the time.”

“Today I called Stout Heating and Air Conditioning because our AC unit had stopped working late last night. With this unbearable heat, it was hard to believe they had time on their schedule to stop by the house.
Chad was wonderful. He was both professional and pleasant. In less than a half hour he diagnosed the problem, fixed the problems and even changed the filter for us.
