So, my 27 yo system's blower motor pooped out. While Jeremy was here, I asked also to replace what needs doing, clean the blower wheel, inspect everything as the last time, and so he did. While he was here, I also asked for a complete a/c inspection and he had to update a couple of parts there, so I am a happy person not having to worry about those items at a later time.

Both visits, Jeremy was on time. Work was done within the time limit he set, and he arrived on time. After the work was done, he checked to make sure everything was reading correctly, cleaned up his work area and we took care of "business."

Hopefully, I do not want to see any more visits for at least 5 years! The next one, I plan not to be in this house, but who knows? If I have to buy a replacement system, I'll have Stout be the first to price one for me and possibly earn my business again.
