“I’ve been a long time customer of Stout Heating and Air and have a maintenance agreement with them. So, when my house started getting warmer than usual on June 18th, I called them and Qaushawn came to investigate and quickly determined I had a leak. Watching Q work, you can see that he has a passion for what he does and skills that match his zeal and professionalism. It was getting close to dusk and a storm was brewing so I suggested that they return in morning. Jeremy came the next day and found a hole in the evaporator coil. The part came in early the next week and Jeremy came back and did the install in a couple hours. I was kept informed of status during the whole process of diagnosis, part order/delivery and install. The whole team is very professional and I will continue to use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.”
