I was impressed with the professional and efficient manner in which the appointment was scheduled. All fees were clearly explained.
Mr. Carpenter, the service technician, arrived on schedule and very pleasant. He was even professionally dressed! he provided efficient and professional service — explaining what he did as he was going through the system. He answered all of my questions and even explained what to expect on the next maintenance call.
It was a very pleasant and professional service call — somewhat unusual for Salisbury.”

“Upon arrival Chad asked if I had any concerns regarding my HVAC system. He verified where the equipment is in my house and proceeded to do his inspection. He let me know that he found no problems with the equipment and then went outside to check on the equipment there. Once again Chad stated that he had found no problems and went over what he had done. Before leaving Chad asked if I had any questions about the service he provided.”
