Mike Lippard handled the visits and did an excellent job. He was thorough, professional, and went above and beyond by taking the time to look into another issue we were concerned about. He was professional and even used the shoe covers when he came into the house.
We are very glad we contracted with Stout Heating and Air for our maintenance. If Mike L is any indication of their team, we made the right choice. Mike L is a great guy!”
