“Mike came as a backup for Jeremy. Jeremy had come for the same problem earlier this morning. At about 6 PM I headed upstairs to shower and found the a/c fan running but the temperature was 81 degrees. I called Jeremy. He called Mike. Mike came, accessed the problem, went to the attic which was over 90 degrees, and began working the problem. For over an hour Mike worked the problem in wet clothes from the heat. We hope that the problem is finally resolved. I gave Mike the check for Jeremy’s service and told him I didn’t expect another bill for the same problem in the same day. Both technicians were good representatives of Stout HVAC.”
