“During a snowstorm this morning, we woke up to no heat downstairs and immediately called Stout. Lianne answered the phone promptly and was so kind and reassuring. Shortly after, Mark Stout, the owner, personally called to ask how he could help, gave us his personal number, and stayed involved until a technician arrived.
Drew, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He quickly resolved the issue, and we now have heat again.
