“We lost air condition around 7 pm on a Monday. I called Stout and they informed me that they had night service until 8pm. Chad Overcash came right out. The “board” was bad. They didn’t have one! Chad found one and went and picked it up. He came back out on Tuesday, replaced the board, and we have air restored! Yay!! Great customer service all around. Thank goodness f you for Stout and Chad!!”
