“Mike Lippard from Stout has been servicing our HVAC system for a number of years. He's always been prompt on arrival, friendly, and professional. We've always been pleased with his work, today especially. We woke up this morning to a terrible noise coming from our HVAC. We shut it down and called Stout. Mike arrived, crawled under the house, and began dismantling the unit to find the problem. He found a snake tangled up in the fan.
