“Chad went above and beyond to help me repair my gas heat after the snow storm. Even though he was unable to physically get to my house to troubleshoot and make any repairs (12+” of snow!), he walked me through everything on the phone with photos and texting. We got it up and running again! My kids and I were able to return to the house with heat thanks to his dedication and great directions.
