“Had furnace trouble during the big storm we were spared by. My evaporator pump drain had frozen outside. Mark Stout personally called & explained how to fix it ourselves as all techs were busy in this cold weather. I heated it up and it drained. Went to try furnace & would not ignite. Mark sent a tech to our house, Mike Lippard. He found out the drain plug was clogged. Blew it out with air & it started right up. I want to thank Mark Stout & Mike Lippard for going out of their way to help us during this cold spell. We have used them since moving to NC five years ago. Second time they saved us. Honest & the best!”
