“Received email w techs picture letting me know who was coming & estimated arrival time. Mike was prompt & let me know what he was servicing & asked if I had any concerns or needed him to change my filters. Chatted a few minutes & Mike went to the unit to start the maintenance. When finished Mike came to door to let me know the status. Very professional, friendly & I definitely felt he knew his job. This company gives excellent customer service which is much appreciated.”
