“Our upstairs heat-pump bit the dust during the heatwave of high-90 degree days in July this Summer so we were in a jam and Stout's response was fantastic. The first technician arrived at our house about 2 hours after we called and quickly found the problem. Chris Owen followed up a few hours later and expertly guided us through understanding our options. After we decided to replace the old system Stout provided a complementary portable AC unit which was an immediate and welcome relief for a few days until the new unit could be scheduled for installation. And the installation crew of Cory, Carson and Wilmer were great! They were friendly, competent, respectful of our home and got the new unit installed, up and running in a day. Only 5 stars given because it isn't possible to give 6!”

“I am very satisfied with the work from start to finish! They were all very professional, friendly and customer focused. They did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the progress of the work being performed. They also asked on multiple times if I desired to have a portable air unit overnight because the work would not be complete3d by the end of the day. This was indeed appreciated because it indicated that they were concerned about our comfort! I have another unit purchased earlier from Stout and the service for it has also been great. This is why I decided to have Stout do the work on this unit. Thanks very much!”
