“Q called early in the time window, said he had a cancellation and asked if it would be OK to come. Of course, I said yes! He arrived shortly thereafter and took a look at our unit. He replaced a capacitor, tested a few things and checked functions. Very efficient, obviously knowledgeable. Very friendly and would love to have him do next year's service, too! Stout has been our vendor since we moved here and, with employees such as Q, we are not changing!”
