“I’ve been a long time customer of Stout Heating and Air and have a maintenance agreement with them. So, when my house started getting warmer than usual on June 18th, I called them and Qaushawn came to investigate and quickly determined I had a leak. Watching Q work, you can see that he has a passion for what he does and skills that match his zeal and professionalism. It was getting close to dusk and a storm was brewing so I suggested that they return in morning. Jeremy came the next day and found a hole in the evaporator coil. The part came in early the next week and Jeremy came back and did the install in a couple hours. I was kept informed of status during the whole process of diagnosis, part order/delivery and install. The whole team is very professional and I will continue to use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.”

He replaced a capacitor, tested a few things and checked functions. Very efficient, obviously knowledgeable. Very friendly and would love to have him do next year's service, too! Stout has been our vendor since we moved here and, with employees such as Q, we are not changing!”
