“Had furnace trouble during the big storm we were spared by. My evaporator pump drain had frozen outside. Mark Stout personally called & explained how to fix it ourselves as all techs were busy in this cold weather. I heated it up and it drained. Went to try furnace & would not ignite. Mark sent a tech to our house, Mike Lippard. He found out the drain plug was clogged. Blew it out with air & it started right up. I want to thank Mark Stout & Mike Lippard for going out of their way to help us during this cold spell. We have used them since moving to NC five years ago. Second time they saved us. “My furnace broke down on a Saturday so I could not get in direct touch with Stout but I did leave a message and a call. I discussed my problem with them and Mike Lippard visited on Monday to see what was wrong. The fan that is mounted on the motor that drives air thru the system, came apart within the housing. Total destruction of the fan.

Mike ordered a new fan which arrived back to Stout on Thursday. Mike brought a helper and arrived in the afternoon. Those two had the fan installed and everything put back together within an hour. Now everything is operating as it should. Good job done by Mike and especially his young associate.

Since I had that motor and same fan replaced earlier this year, Stout did not charge me anything for this repair job.
