“I am on the Preferred Maintenace program for bi annual service. The office always contacts me in March and September to schedule service. My current HVAC is 7 years old and was installed by Stout. No issues or problems. Mike Lippard normally does my twice yearly maintenance and he is polite, knowledgeable, and is well trained to do repair service.”
“We recently signed up for a maintenance plan with Stout Heating and Air and had our Fall completed last year and Spring check completed this month. Mike Lippard handled the visits and did an excellent job. He was thorough, professional, and went above and beyond by taking the time to look into another issue we were concerned about. He was professional and even used the shoe covers when he came into the house.

“Had furnace trouble during the big storm we were spared by. My evaporator pump drain had frozen outside. Mark Stout personally called & explained how to fix it ourselves as all techs were busy in this cold weather. I heated it up and it drained. Went to try furnace & would not ignite. Mark sent a tech to our house, Mike Lippard. He found out the drain plug was clogged. Blew it out with air & it started right up. I want to thank Mark Stout & Mike Lippard for going out of their way to help us during this cold spell. We have used them since moving to NC five years ago. Second time they saved us.
