“My furnace broke down on a Saturday so I could not get in direct touch with Stout but I did leave a message and a call. I discussed my problem with them and Mike Lippard visited on Monday to see what was wrong. The fan that is mounted on the motor that drives air thru the system, came apart within the housing. Total destruction of the fan.
Mike ordered a new fan which arrived back to Stout on Thursday. Mike brought a helper and arrived in the afternoon. Those two had the fan installed and everything put back together within an hour. Now everything is operating as it should. Good job done by Mike and especially his young associate.
Since I had that motor and same fan replaced earlier this year, Stout did not charge me anything for this repair job.
