He got right too it it, had us running in no time…cleaned coils etc. Appreciated his time and patience working on the unit.”

Mike was prompt & let me know what he was servicing & asked if I had any concerns or needed him to change my filters. Chatted a few minutes & Mike went to the unit to start the maintenance. When finished Mike came to door to let me know the status. Very professional, friendly & I definitely felt he knew his job. This company gives excellent customer service which is much appreciated.”

“Our upstairs heat-pump bit the dust during the heatwave of high-90 degree days in July this Summer so we were in a jam and Stout's response was fantastic. The first technician arrived at our house about 2 hours after we called and quickly found the problem. Chris Owen followed up a few hours later and expertly guided us through understanding our options. After we decided to replace the old system Stout provided a complementary portable AC unit which was an immediate and welcome relief for a few days until the new unit could be scheduled for installation. And the installation crew of Cory, Carson and Wilmer were great! They were friendly, competent, respectful of our home and got the new unit installed, up and running in a day. Only 5 stars given because it isn't possible to give 6!”
