“Called in because the heat wouldn’t come on after switching from air conditioning to heat and had been having trouble with it. Temperatures outside have been up and down and the thermostat had been acting up and not wanting to switch over. My mom lives with me and is almost 80 and on blood thinner….STOUT worked us in because she was cold. Jeremy came and not only checked the unit while it was pouring outside, but installed a new thermostat….it’s toasty now for mom. I can count on STOUT for making things right!”
