“Drew was very efficient and honest with me about what was wrong with my unit. He explained that this part was not one he carried on his truck, but it might be available close by in which case he might be able to get it Monday. But if it wasn’t available here, it would have to be ordered and would take longer. Fortunately it was available here in town so he personally picked it up & fixed my unit! It’s working great now! He’s a good tech and a nice guy too!”
